Where a California resident and a California corporation sued two Arkansas corporation and several employees for breach of contract, promissory estoppel and unjust enrichment, summary judgment for the defendants is affirmed because the plaintiffs did not show that the case met the impossibility exception to the rule that there is no unjust enrichment in contract cases, and the plaintiffs also did not show that the defendants acted outside of the scope of their authority as agents, so the promissory estoppel claim also failed. Judgment is affirmed.
