Administrative – Social Security; Denial of Benefits; Mental Condition

cassiejohnson//June 19, 2015

Where a claimant of Social Security disability benefits challenged the denial of his application for benefits, the judgment is affirmed because substantial evidence supported the administrative law judge’s decision to assign little weight to the opinions of two treating doctors, the evidence  supported the ALJ’s discounting of the claimant’s credibility, and the ALJ’s decision that the claimant’s depression was not severe was also supported by the evidence. Judgment is affirmed.
