The Minneapolis Star Tribune reported that U.S. District Court Judge David Doty ordered the city of Minneapolis to  pay $243,500 in attorney fees to the firm Gaskins, Bennett, Birrell and Schupp. Attorney Robert Bennett called the order a “significant judgment” although he had requested $373,100.
