Administrative – Food Stamp Act; Information Request

Where a newspaper requested retailer spending information from the U.S. Department of Agriculture concerning the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, the District Court erred in finding that the information was exempt from disclosure under Exemption 3 of the Freedom of Information Act. Judgment reversed.
