Immigration – Removal; ‘Social Group’; Gang Recruitment

Where a citizen of El Salvador, who entered the United States to escape recruitment by a gang, sought relief from removal, the petition for review is denied because the Board of Immigration Appeals properly found that he did not establish mistreatment on the basis of his membership in a particular social group, which he argued consisted of young males resisting gang recruitment. Petition for review denied.
