District Court had the authority to impose a domestic-abuse no contact order as a condition of defendant’s release on a domestic assault charge because domestic assault is a crime.

District Court did not err in holding that Minn. Stat. sec. 518B.01, subd. 22, did not unconstitutionally impose pre-trial release restrictions.

Affirmed.
