District Court did not err in denying appellant’s request for additional time to complete discovery because appellant failed o submit an affidavit in support of her request.
District Court did not err in concluding that appellant’s unjust enrichment claim failed because appellant failed to sufficiently support her allegation that respondent received anything of value. Appellant’s unsupported allegation about the increased property value was insufficient to create a genuine issue of material fact.
Affirmed.
