The Minnesota Supreme Court Historical Society last night had its second annual members’ reception at the Minneapolis Club. Most of the high court was in attendance, as were numerous prominent lawyers and judges. A good time was had by all.
Among the attendees were myself and Minnesota Lawyer videographer Bill Klotz, who captured on video some of the guests discussing the relevance of court history and how the current era of the court will be viewed by future generations.
Not every man can whine for 25 seconds (in one run-on sentence) and still make no intelligible point. Bravo John Stuart. Ever consider that public defense gets cut out of the budget because your only game plan is whining about the rights of people that nobody cares about? Has it occurred to you that maybe you just aren’t very effective? But on the other side, I’m sure the free food and drink were tasty.
