State Sen. Tarryl Clark, DFL-St. Cloud, released her second congressional campaign ad this week on the heels of critical spot released by GOP incumbent Michele Bachmann.
Clark’s ad, mostly a biographical bit, starts with her sitting alongside her husband and two sons, ready to defend herself from attacks from Bachmann. Bachmann’s ad, released last week, called Clark “Taxin’ Tarryl” and criticized her “tax and spend” voting record and the Legislature.
Clark’s ad focuses on themes important to the conservative Sixth Congressional District, including veterans and fiscal responsibility.
This is Clark’s second congressional campaign ad. Her first television spot, released in June, criticized Bachmann for her comments on the BP oil spill.
