Kevin R. Coan has joined the Minneapolis office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP as a partner. Coan focuses his practice in labor and employment law and business litigation. He earned his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law and his bachelor’s degree in English from Hamline University.
The firm has also elected a new capital partner, Steven H. Silton, in its Minneapolis office, and a new partner, Heather L. Marx. Silton counsels clients on business and corporate transactions. He earned his law degree in 1995 from William Mitchell College of Law and his bachelor’s degree in 1991 from the University of Wisconsin. Marx handles complex business matters and commercial litigation. She earned her law degree in 2002 from Georgetown University Law Center and her bachelor’s degree in 1999 from Gustavus Adolphus College.
