Will Pawlenty seat Franken?

The next big question in the long-running Franken-Coleman U.S. Senate saga is whether GOP Gov. Tim Pawlenty will sign the certificate seating Al Franken, making him the 60th Democratic senator — and giving the Democrats the ability to muscle legislation past any Republican maneuvers.
The Minnesota Supreme Court does not order Pawlenty to sign the certificate.
Meanwhile, reaction is beginning to pour in. First out of the box is the Minnesota DFL Party and its head, Brian Melendez:
