The next big question in the long-running Franken-Coleman U.S. Senate saga is whether GOP Gov. Tim Pawlenty will sign the certificate seating Al Franken, making him the 60th Democratic senator — and giving the Democrats the ability to muscle legislation past any Republican maneuvers.
The Minnesota Supreme Court does not order Pawlenty to sign the certificate.
