Where an immigrant from Guatemala argued for a cancellation of removal on the basis that his removal would result in an exceptional and extremely unusual hardship for his children, the immigrant’s claim that an immigration judge and the Board of Immigration applied an incorrect legal standard was without merit. Petition denied.
