Removal; Violence Against Woman Act; Exceptional Hardship

Where a Mexican immigrant sought a cancellation of removal claiming removal would result in exceptional hardship to her son, the immigrant failed to meet the exceptional and extremely unusual hardship standard, and the Board of Immigration properly found that the immigrant did not timely bring her claim under the Violence Against Women Act. Petition denied.
