Where an immigrant from Nigeria testified that he forgot about a detention and abuse by a Nigerian security service and discrepancies existed between his written affidavit and oral testimony, substantial evidence supported the immigration judge’s adverse credibility finding and the adverse credibility finding also justified denial of his claim for relief under the CAT. Petition denied.
