Adjustment of Status; Second Marriage; Inconsistent Rulings

Where an immigration judge denied an immigrant’s motion to remand for an adjustment of status after his second marriage based on a finding that he was ineligible due to an earlier determination of marriage fraud, the Board of Immigration Appeals failed to resolve its inconsistent rulings, so the case is remanded for clarification. Order vacated.
