Brodkorb attorneys say list of Senate affairs was mistakenly posted

The Minnesota Senate is seeking to toss out Brodkorb's gender discrimination lawsuit, alleging his attorneys "willfully and deliberately" posted the documents. But Brodkorb's attorneys Greg Walsh and Phil Villaume say miscommunications between the two attorneys and an legal assistant led to the error, according to the filings posted on Thursday.
