The annual Criminal Law Trial School sponsored by the MSBA Criminal Law Section and Hamline University School of Law will take place March 7th. This year’s speakers include:
Robert Hirschhorn – national jury selection and trial expert
Judge Daniel Mabley – recently presided over the Amy Sensor trial
Kate Menendez – of federal defender’s office. She has represented suspected terrorists in Guantanamo Bay Cuba, as well as a number of national high profile cases, like Drew Peterson
Joseph Friedberg – criminal defense expert
Peter Orput – Washington County Attorney’s office
Manny Atwal, United States Federal Defender’s Office

The cost is $60 for Public or Legal Services attorneys; and for members of the MSBA’s New Lawyer and Criminal Law sections; $50 for law students and $120 all others.
