Three candidates have been named finalists for the Ramsey County bench by the Commission on Judicial Selection. They are Shawn Bartsch, Jennifer Frisch and Thomas Plunkett.
Bartsch is a solo practitioner in St. Paul and a conciliation court referee for Ramsey County.
Frisch is associate general counsel for the University of Minnesota.
Plunkett is also in solo practice in St. Paul.
Interviews will occur over the next few weeks.
