As the Patent and Trademark Office seeks comments for rulemaking under the America Invents Act,  the Minneapolis law firm Schwegman Lundberg and Woessner  and William Mitchell College of Law have launched a blog at aiarulemaking.com.  The purpose of the blog is to be a source for information and “real-time news” about the law that was passed last year with the goal of reforming the patent system and thereby speeding up the process.  Push a button on the site, and your comment will go to the PTO.
