Who’ll stop the rain

Sixth Judicial District Judge Mark Munger has posted photos and commentary about the great Duluth flood on his blog, “Cloquet River Press,”   Today’s post reports, “The Water’s Still Wide – and Deep Too!”  For a couple of days, the intrepid judge, whose house suddenly was on an island,  took a canoe to get to a road and get to the courthouse.  Best of luck to Judge Munger and everybody else dealing with the flood.
