Sixth Judicial District Judge Mark Munger has posted photos and commentary about the great Duluth flood on his blog, “Cloquet River Press,”
Today’s post reports, “The Water’s Still Wide – and Deep Too!” For a couple of days, the intrepid judge, whose house suddenly was on an island, took a canoe to get to a road and get to the courthouse. Best of luck to Judge Munger and everybody else dealing with the flood.
