We need someone who is willing to weather the storm. It will be difficult for the struggling judiciary to move in a positive direction if we have a revolving door of leadership. This is especially true with all of the controversy about the Minnesota Supreme Court. I wonder if Jill Clark is sharpening her pencil.

Who can blame him.
Only a glutton for punishment would stay in the position.
It is an impossible situation. Very bleak.
The judicial system and the legal profession are in big trouble.

GIven the state of the judicial system and budget problems facing them, it's disappointing to learn that this is what the leader of the judicial branch chooses at this time. We need leadership and we need someone in the Chief Justice role who can move the branch given all of the demands on the system. The judges and court staff who work in the courts and citizens of this state who deserve theneed their consitution , and citizens who are served by the courts deserve more than this. Very Disappointing!!
