It will be difficult for the struggling judiciary to move in a positive direction if we have a revolving door of leadership. We need leadership and we need someone in the Chief Justice role who can move the branch given all of the demands on the system. The judges and court staff who work in the courts and citizens of this state who deserve theneed their consitution , and citizens who are served by the courts deserve more than this.
