Must we destroy democracy in order to save it? Must the judiciary be placed outside the reach of the voter so that it might not become irrelevant? I suppose, as for now, it’s better than the alternative.
@Andy- Great questions, and an even better conclusion!!
Remember, Democracy is the theory that the people know what they want, and deserve to get it. Good and hard.
