He needs to be publicly told that he is a “menace” – like he has to so many of my clients appearing before him who commit far less serious crimes and who hold a far less noble position in life.
We could make him Secretary of the Treasury.
Anonymous hit the nail squarely on the head. Judge Venne was as arrogant on the bench as any judge I’ve ever seen, and hopefully he’s been humbled by what must have been a humiliating experience. Of course, he’ll simply take a disability retirement just like another arrogant and unduly mean judge who thought the law didn’t apply to him – Harvey Ginsberg.
