At a press conference at 1:00 p.m. today, Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman and South Lake Minnetonka Police Chief Bryan Litsey discussed the investigation and charging of prominent Minneapolis attorney Aaron Biber for alleged felony criminal sexual conduct in a case involving a 15-year-old boy. Biber was arrested Dec. 11, allegedly while on the way to meet the boy in a mall. Minnesota Lawyer videographer Bill Klotz was at the press conference (video below):
