U.S. District Court Judge John Tunheim – head of the CIA? The Wall Street Journal places the highly respected
Minnesota federal court judge on a list of top contenders, apparently for his handling of a number of terrorism cases.
Tunheim was appointed to the federal bench by President Bill Clinton in 1995, when he was 42. In addition to his 13 years on the bench, Tunheim was a chief deputy in the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office for nine years.
