Heather Diersen received a B.S. degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2004 and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in January 2008. Heather is an in-house litigator for State Auto Insurance Companies, with her practice focusing on insurance defense for business, property, and automobile policies. Heather previously clerked for two years with the Honorable Ann L. Alton in Hennepin County District Court. Heather is an active committee-chair with the Minnesota Women Lawyers’ bar and is a volunteer attorney with the Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy. Heather and her husband Travas live in suburban Minneapolis. Heather makes the most of her free time skiing, running, biking, hiking and kayaking in Minnesota’s great outdoors.
