Fox Rothschild has added three entertainment lawyers to its Minneapolis office: Kenneth J. Abdo (partner), Paul J. Bezilla (counsel) and Adam P. Gislason (counsel). All three formerly practiced at Lommen Abdo in Minneapolis. The firm also hired new entertainment lawyers for its New York and Washington, D.C., offices.
Patent attorney David Cleveland has joined Patterson Thuente IP’s growing team of intellectual property lawyers. Cleveland co-founded IPLM Group, an IP boutique that operated from 2002 to 2016. His experience includes 20 years in house at 3M where he held positions of Senior IP Counsel for Europe, based in Brussels, and Assistant Chief IP Counsel. In private practice, David has represented many of Minnesota’s largest companies.
Fish & Richardson has named Joe Herriges as a principal in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group and Stuart Nelson as a principal in the firm’s Patent Group in the Twin Cities. Overall, 10 attorneys were elevated to principal across the firm’s 12 offices.
