Nadja Baer is a Minneapolis associate in the Advertising, Marketing & Trademark, Data Protection & Cybersecurity and Internet, Technology & E-Commerce Groups. Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, she worked in business intelligence.
Jonathan P. Baker is a Minneapolis associate in the Litigation Group. Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, Baker graduated from Hamline University School of Law and served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Tracy M. Smith and the Honorable John P. Smith at the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Ashley D. Brosius is a Minneapolis associate in the Corporate Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Securities Groups. Brosius represents private equity funds in M&A transactions and assists both small and large public companies with SEC reporting compliance. Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, she clerked on the Minnesota Supreme Court for the Honorable Alan Page, David Stras and Natalie Hudson.
Anne Rondoni Tavernier is a Minneapolis associate in the Intellectual Property, Litigation and Trade Secrets Groups. Before becoming an attorney, she worked in financial and resource development in various technology and human service related organizations.
Marcy R. Frost has rejoined Moss & Barnett in an “of counsel” capacity, adding to the firm’s existing services in the area of employment law. A Certified Labor and Employment Law Specialist, Marcy advises businesses on the full spectrum of legal issues concerning their workforces.
Arthur, Chapman, Kettering, Smetak & Pikala, P.A. has announced the addition of attorneys Colin S. Seaborg and Perssis Meshkat and paralegal Teri A. Inderieden.
Seaborg is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Group, assisting clients with a variety of Minnesota business litigation matters He received his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls. Previously he was a law clerk for the Hon. Heidi Schellhas of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Meshkat joins the firm as an associate attorney and will assist clients in the areas of construction and insurance law. She received her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Prior to joining the firm she was with DSP Control Group Inc. and Meagher & Geer, PLLP.
Inderieden works with the firm’s attorneys and their clients on railroad related matters. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and Inver Hills Community College.
