U of M center heads to SCOTUS
Attorneys for the Center for New Americans at the University of Minnesota Law School have taken the first steps toward reversing their client’s deportation by getting a petition for cert granted. Attorneys and student attorneys at the Center for New Americans are questioning a man's deportation for a drug charge.
