The names of four finalists to fill two seats on the bench in the 3rd Judicial District are on Gov. Mark Dayton’s desk. The vacancies were created by the retirements of Judge Donald Rysavy and Judge Fred Wellman. Both seats will be chambered in Austin in Mower County.
