A Maple Grove attorney has been suspended after failing to successfully complete the professional responsibility portion of the Minnesota bar exam.
Amanda Lyn Koble was ordered to take the exam after she was suspended for 30 days in March 2013. Koble was told that failure to submit evidence of successful completion of the exam by March 2014 would result in immediate resuspension. Koble had been reinstated in May 2013. This time, Koble’s suspension is indefinite.
Koble originally was suspended for improperly attempting to withdraw from representation of a client and misappropriating fees belonging to her firm.
