The law firm Fabyanske, Westra, Hart & Thomson has moved.
The firm signed a long-term lease for approximately 30,000 square feet of office space at 333 South Seventh Street building, formerly known as Accenture Tower. The firm’s new offices will be on the 26th floor and part of the 25th.
In a release, the firm said the move allowed for technology upgrades and a chance to improve operational efficiency. The office also provides a perfect view of the progress of the construction of the new Minnesota Vikings stadium, one of the firm’s biggest clients.
The law firm has approximately 35 attorneys and specializes in construction law, commercial real estate, complex commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, business and estate planning, financial restructuring and bankruptcy.
