Here’s some news we at Minnesota Lawyer did not expect. Geroge Soule, a founding partner of Bowman and Brooke, has left the firm after 29 years to start a litigation practice with Melissa Stull, a seven-year veteran of the firm.
The new firm, Soule & Stull LLC, will specialize in product liability, commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Stull, who brings extensive
experience defending clients in cases involving claims of personal injury and breach of warranty. She has represented one of the nation’s largest utility services
companies, litigated cases for worldwide manufacturers of environmental equipment, and defended one of the nation’s largest medical device manufacturers in a nationwide litigation.
“I am proud of the work that we’ve done over the past several decades,” Soule said. “I’m looking forward to providing a high level of expertise and personal client service, while achieving efficiencies a small firm can offer.”
