By the numbers: Top concerns for 2013

The Association of Corporate Counsel asked the heads of corporate law departments what their top concerns are in the coming year for the 2013 Chief Legal Officers Survey. A total of 1,104 individuals from 36 countries responded.
The four most popular answers were:
Ethics and compliance: 87 percent
Regulatory or government changes: 82 percent
Information privacy: 75 percent
Data breaches and protection: 72 percent
