Lodestar fees must reflect recovery amount (access required)

A unanimous Minnesota Supreme Court ruled last Thursday that the lodestar method applies for an attorney fee calculation under Minnesota’s lemon law, and courts must consider, among other factors, the amount involved in the litigation and the results obtained.
