No due process left tree trimmer out on a limb (access required)

A Minneapolis tree trimmer will now get his day in court to argue that a city ordinance is unconstitutional as applied to him, due to a Dec. 31 Court of Appeals decision in Dolphy v. City of Minneapolis that reverses the Hennepin County District Court.
