If any good has come out of the economic crash of 2008, perhaps it has encouraged law students to explore more diverse legal career options.

  1. True and True. Historically large firms hired associates knowing there would be attrition, knowing that not all the associates they hired were “right” fits for their practice model. More and more lawyers new to practice, 3 years and 5 years are recognizing self and decision making from that place. We assist lawyers, those seeking and those hiring, identify who they are, what is important to them and then looking at what the right match is. This strategy creates happy people, productive organizations and makes a difference in the world – which is one reason people go to law school in the first place.
