Minnesota could be center of meningitis litigation storm (access required)

Plaintiff’s attorneys across the country and Minnesota are preparing for what will be a deluge of cases related to the fungal meningitis outbreak. So far more than 300 people have gotten sick and as of press time 23 had died across nearly 20 states.
