NLRB takes aim at employment, social media policies

What can an employee say about his employer, fellow employees and customers on Facebook or Twitter? How can an employer control its employees’ potential misuse of social media? These questions and other issues are at the heart to two recent and significant decisions by the National Labor Relations Board.
