Contractor information is public data (access required)

The Court of Appeals held Tuesday that a contractor who provides project management, construction, and architectural services for a school district performs government functions under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (MGDPA). Therefore, contracts related to these functions are public data under the MGDPA.
