Opening a law firm together was always part of the plan for brothers Justin and Brendan Cummins and that plan came together last week. The law firm of Cummins & Cummins opened in downtown Minneapolis Oct. 1 in the International Centre— the realization of a dream that started at their parent’s home in St. Louis.
