Jury awards doctor $1.3M in breach of duty case (access required)

A Carver County jury returned a nearly $1.3 million verdict to a physician after concluding that the shareholders at his former clinic breached their fiduciary duty toward him when he was forced to sell his shares before going on medical leave.
