  1. TL;DR So… is it illegal?

  2. It is neither legal nor illegal until USDOJ seizes domains and charges owners with an avalanche of felonies. Players have nothing to worry about. It’s up to Department of Justice to decide whether to crack some heads as they did in April 2011 in the Online Poker World, or September 2011 as they did in the Online Bingo world.
