Moore, Costello and Hart reportedly closes up shop

The Minnesota Business Journal reported today that the St. Paul law firm Moore, Costello and Hart is defunct. Its sources are two lawyers at other firms and two employees who said they were not authorized to discuss the wind-down.

Until now, the firm was the longest-running law firm in Minnesota. It was founded in 1855, when Minnesota was still a territory. U.S. Supreme Court Warren Burger was once a partner in the firm.
