The Minnesota Supreme Court affirmed the Dodge County District Court’s conviction of Danny Ortega Sr. for aiding and abetting first-degree premeditated murder. The court ruled unanimously that Ortega’s Miranda rights had not been violated because he waived his right to counsel.
