Darwin Lookingbill spent 15 years as the director of the civil division for the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office and 15 years handling complex financial litigation with Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly. Lookingbill will focus his practice on alternative dispute resolution, property tax litigation, municipal law and professional liability.

Susan H. Stephan has been in private practice since 1992 and an adjunct faculty member of Hamline Law School since 2001. She will focus her practice on intellectual property, e-commerce, and general corporate and litigation matters.
Felhaber, Larson, Fenlon and Vogt P.A. is pleased to announce that Molly Gherty has joined the firm’s Minneapolis office. Gherty will focus her practice in the areas of business organizations, transactions and real estate.
Gherty received her J.D. from University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2011, graduating magna cum laude, and her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2006, cum laude. During law school, she served as a research assistant for the Holloran Center for Ethical Leadership and was an editor on the law review. Before attending law school, Gherty worked at a public relations firm in Washington, D.C.
