Where a district court properly determined that a reinsurance agreement between two insurers contained a follow-the-settlement provision, the agreement was unambiguous, so the court did not err in finding that Connecticut’s statute of limitations barred six of the challenges brought by the appellant and that the appellant had breached the agreement by stopping its reimbursements to the appellee. Judgment affirmed.
