There wasn't much rancor and even less news coverage about Minnesota's judicial elections, but for those who have concerns about partisan and special interest-dominated judicial elections, you cannot feel good about the results of this fall's election results nationally. It isn't a time to be complacent. The need for fair and impartial courts is too important not to renew our commitment to achieving that goal.
