CONSPIRACY – Wiretapping; Prior Offenses

Where four defendants were convicted of conspiracy to distribute ecstasy and other illegal drugs, the convictions are affirmed over the defendants’ challenges to joinder of the offenses, the admission of wiretapped conversations, and prior drug possession convictions and arrests.
Judgment is affirmed.
