RESTITUTION – Garnishment

Where a defendant found guilty of filing false tax returns was ordered to pay restitution as a condition of supervised release and the defendant moved to quash the government’s garnishment proceedings, the District Court did not err in ordering garnishment or denying in forma pauperis status. Judgment is affirmed.
